Hennessey Three-Year Warranty

HPE Design, LLC d/b/a Hennessey Performance Engineering (HPE) warrants the above-identified upgrades it has installed on the above-listed vehicle to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 year or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This warranty covers only the items installed by HPE. It does not cover any other item including but not limited to: maintenance or normal wear items, fuel additives, misuse, negligence, accidents, clutch (if vehicle is equipped with manual transmission), torque converter (if vehicle is equipped with automatic transmission), transmission, or any other drive-train/drive line components.

Warranty claims can and will be denied if any part of the HPE upgrades are tampered with or modified by any person, including the owner or third parties such as other performance shops, mechanics, etc. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to first owner of the modified vehicle after the work is completed by HPE. This warranty applies only to the original owner of the vehicle at the date of completion by HPE. This warranty does not cover subsequent owners of the vehicle. This warranty will not cover vehicles that are deemed salvage, total loss, or branded title. This warranty is non-transferable. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by bad gas, detonation, overheating, misuse, abuse, incorrect maintenance, lack of maintenance, modification, accidents, racetrack events including racing. Vehicles Modified by HPE require a minimum of 91 octane fuel (based on U.S. standards) but are highly recommended to use 93 octane from top tier fuel stations. Do not under any circumstances use “Ethanol Free Fuel”, fuel meant for watercraft, “racing fuels”, any fuel additives, or leaded fuels. Use of improper fuel can cause engine failure and will void this warranty. If improper fuel is found the resulting warranty claim will be denied. In the event of a warranty claim by the owner, the owner must contact HPE as the first action to determine the initial action to take. If the vehicle is determined necessary to return to HPE, the vehicle must be delivered to HPE at the owner's expense for inspection, before any warranty authorization will be given. HPE reserves the right to repair or replace any upgraded parts after such inspection. HPE disclaims and shall not be held liable for any consequential damages or attorney fees resulting from a warranty claim. Specifically excluded are incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expense, or assemblies and components, which are not specifically covered by this warranty.

I release and discharge HPE Design LLC, DBA Hennessey Performance, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to my decision to exceed the speed limit. Participating in activities involving high-performance vehicles, including but not limited to, test driving, racing, or exceeding speed limits, poses inherent risks to personal safety and property.

THIS WARRANTY SUPERSEDES ALL PREVIOUSLY APPLICABLE WARRANTIES, IF ANY, AND EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN, NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY, IS PROVIDED TO YOU, BY HPE DESIGN LLC (HPE) OR ANY OTHER PARTY, FOR THE DESCRIBED UPGRADES OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF.
